It\u2019s a model ideally suited to working adults who want or need to earn a degree while juggling the rest of their lives (jobs, families, activities, you name it).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prior to the official kick-off of commencement weekend celebrations, Capella President Scott Kinney sat down with four FlexPath graduates to talk with them about their experience\u2014why they selected FlexPath, their first impressions, advice for new FlexPath students, and more.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Why FlexPath? \u201cIt gave me the opportunity to study at my pace.\u201d \u201cI could immediately take what I was learning, and apply it in the workplace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"responsive-embed widescreen\"><iframe width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/gmVq4mtJKl4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What were their first impressions?
